Nikola Kuriata
Trainee Advocate and participant in a doctoral seminar. She specialises in new technologies law, IP/IT, and digital regulation. Her professional interests focus on the legal aspects of innovation and the e-commerce market.
Experience
She combines strong academic foundations with practical experience gained at reputable law firms. She has advised clients from the technology and e-commerce sectors on day-to-day legal matters, drafting and reviewing IT agreements (including SaaS, SLA and licence agreements), as well as personal data protection documentation. She has also supported clients in implementing obligations arising from EU digital regulations, including the DSA and EAA.
As part of her advocate training, she continues to develop litigation and advisory experience, including drafting court pleadings, preparing legal opinions and case law analyses, while expanding her expertise in civil, commercial and new technologies law.
