Practical webinar on reporting obligations for payment institutions
Payment institutions currently operate within multiple overlapping regulatory regimes. Reporting to the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) and the National Bank of Poland (NBP), obligations arising from DORA and AML regulations, as well as internal organizational requirements, create a complex network of deadlines, reporting scopes and responsibilities. In practice, even well-established organizations often struggle to clearly answer the question: what exactly must be reported, to whom, and when – and what risks are associated with errors in this area?
