For a client – a small payment institution listed on the WSE, we provided advisory services in the process of integrating a payment gateway with the BLIK payment model. This payment model complements the already existing wide catalogue of online payments offered in an application integrated with the largest sales platforms.
The law firm participated in and supported the client throughout the process and created and reviewed the necessary documentation, e.g. regulations, agreements with merchants and the billing model. In this last aspect, it should be remembered that the Payment Services Act imposes restrictions on merchants regarding the charging of payment fees, e.g. surcharges.
