Government announcement of a new Consumer Credit Act
The website of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister published information about work on a draft act on consumer credit and an amendment to the Consumer Rights Act. Adoption of the draft by the Council of Ministers is planned for the second quarter of 2025. In the article below, we discuss the main assumptions of the draft regarding the Consumer Credit Act.
