In addition, she advises on personal data protection, as well as anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism (AML\/CFT).<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She has experience in advising on credit products such as online loans, credit cards, business loans and factoring. At the firm, she participates in ongoing advisory services for payment and lending institutions and FinTech companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anna supports clients in reviewing new products and ensuring their compliance with relevant law provisions, regulator guidelines and case law. Participates in the development of documentation for credit (consumer credit) and payment (credit cards) products, including regulations and internal procedures. Participates in complex implementations of new products and documentation for supervised institutions.
