Provides services to payment institutions, clearing agents, credit card issuers, providers of access to payment account information. He grants legal opinions on the implementation of new payment services and develops internal documentation and ensures timely-based reporting to supervisory authorities. .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He has extensive expertise in new technologies (especially blockchain technology ), cloud storage and artificial intelligence. Actively participates in the work of the AI Working Group (GRAI) at the Ministry of Digitization.
