Payment institutions currently operate within multiple overlapping regulatory regimes. Reporting to the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) and the National Bank of Poland (NBP), obligations arising from DORA and AML regulations, as well as internal organizational requirements, create a complex network of deadlines, reporting scopes and responsibilities. In practice, even well-established organizations often struggle to clearly answer the question: what exactly must be reported, to whom, and when \u2013 and what risks are associated with errors in this area? Monika Macura<\/a>– Legal advisor will explain these issues during a free webinar on April 14th<\/sup>, 2026 titled \u201cWhat, to whom and when does a payment institution report? Most common errors and risks.\u201d<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the meeting, Monika Macura focused on providing a practical framework for understanding the reporting obligations of payment institutions. She demonstrated how to interpret and combine the requirements of different regulations and how to build a coherent reporting system that effectively reduces supervisory risks. She also discussed reporting obligations towards the KNF and NBP, requirements arising from DORA and AML regulations, as well as the role of internal reporting as an element of risk management and organisational security. A particularly important part of the webinar was the analysis of the most common mistakes and the consequences associated with them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The webinar was addressed to representatives of national payment institutions, small payment institutions (MIPs), electronic money institutions, fintech companies, and individuals responsible for compliance, reporting, AML, operational risk, and relations with regulators, as well as persons and entities interested in providing payment services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
