On 24 April 2025, during a&nbsp;free webinar titled \u201cRegulatory Challenges for Lending Institutions for 2025 and 2026\u201d, attorney-at-law Anna J\u0119drasiak summarized the key challenges arising from legislative changes for lending institutions in 2025 and 2026, including the implementation of the CCDII Directive (Directive (EU) 2023\/2225 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 October 2023 on credit agreements for consumers).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kancelariamacura.pl\/en\/team\/anna-jedrasiak-en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Anna J\u0119drasiak<\/a> discussed selected provisions of the draft Consumer Credit Act and the amendment to the Consumer Rights Act, which implement the CCDII Directive. During the webinar, she focused on regulations concerning, among others:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>information to be provided in advertising;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>obligations of lenders, including pre-contractual obligations;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>creditworthiness assessment;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>new procedures for licensing lenders and supervision over their activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The webinar was addressed to a&nbsp;wide range of participants interested in the lending market and upcoming regulatory changes.
