Participants will learn, among other things, how to properly comply with the requirements of regulators, how to manage business continuity and security, as well as which solutions will best meet the expectations of superior authorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Michal Barwicki&#8217;s workshop will be held on September 9 at 3:40 p.m. During the training, titled. \u201cArtificial intelligence and its use in a&nbsp;financial institution from an outsourcing perspective,\u201d he will discuss the requirements under the AI ACT regulation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The entire program of the workshop is aimed at representatives of financial institutions and outsourcing service providers and includes the following topics:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Outsourcing in the new legal reality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Best practices in reviewing and aligning ICT contracts with DORA.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How to demonstrate compliance with DORA.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Managing outsourcing risks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reporting on major ICT incidents and cyber threats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cyber security under the regime of the NIS2 Directive.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The ABCs of implementing a&nbsp;good Exit Plan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Artificial intelligence and its use from an outsourcing perspective.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data processing and protection.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The workshop is held in an online format.
