Our client entered into agreement with National Depository for Securities (KDPW) is Poland\u2019s central securities depository and a&nbsp;key infrastructure institution for the capital market. KDPW provides clearing, settlement, and post trade services for financial instruments.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our involvement included the structuring and negotiation of the cooperation agreement, drafting provisions governing the independent and joint development of technological solutions, licensing and intellectual property rights, and ensuring compliance with financial market regulations, including MiCA and Polish supervisory requirements.
