{"id":1135,"date":"2024-01-14T18:39:00","date_gmt":"2024-01-14T17:39:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.kancelariamacura.pl\/?post_type=experience&#038;p=1135"},"modified":"2024-03-13T08:59:56","modified_gmt":"2024-03-13T07:59:56","slug":"legal-services-for-payment-and-credit-service-providers","status":"publish","type":"experience","link":"https:\/\/www.kancelariamacura.pl\/en\/experience\/legal-services-for-payment-and-credit-service-providers\/","title":{"rendered":"Legal services for payment and credit service providers"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>We provide ongoing legal services in all areas of client activity in Poland.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Among others, we conduct such projects as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>representation in proceedings to register a&nbsp;branch of a&nbsp;credit institution in Poland;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>supervision of the process of joining a&nbsp;credit institution to Polish payment systems, including SORBNET2;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>drafting and ongoing updating of key legal documentation for payment and credit products;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>advice on the structuring of products such as consumer credit, credit card, deferred payments (Buy Now, Pay Later, BNP), services dedicated to selected recipients (cryptocurrencies, savings, junior, business);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>advice on the choice of the nature of the product, ensuring regulatory compliance while meeting the client&#8217;s business objectives;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>audits of product procedures and schemes to ensure regulatory compliance;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>audits of end-customer communication content and advertising and marketing materials to ensure regulatory compliance;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>advice on handling marketing processes &#8211; selecting appropriate marketing channels and messages; advice on data processing rules;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>drafting changes to the credit institution&#8217;s credit offering, including processes and the so-called user journey, credit agreements, SECCI (information form) and other documentation, terms and conditions of product promotion;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>advice on establishing a&nbsp;key relationship with a&nbsp;Polish bank for the provision of deposit services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We provide ongoing legal services in all areas of client activity in Poland.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","format":"standard","experience-cat":[40],"class_list":["post-1135","experience","type-experience","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","experience-cat-payment-services"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.0 -
