{"id":1127,"date":"2024-01-25T11:11:00","date_gmt":"2024-01-25T10:11:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.kancelariamacura.pl\/?post_type=experience&#038;p=1127"},"modified":"2024-03-13T08:26:58","modified_gmt":"2024-03-13T07:26:58","slug":"longlasting-control-proceedings-conducted-by-the-fsc","status":"publish","type":"experience","link":"https:\/\/www.kancelariamacura.pl\/en\/experience\/longlasting-control-proceedings-conducted-by-the-fsc\/","title":{"rendered":"Longlasting control proceedings conducted by the FSC"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>On behalf of our client, a&nbsp;national payment institution, we were involved in a&nbsp;months-long audit procedure conducted by the financial supervision commission.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The proceedings included an audit of the payment institution&#8217;s compliance with payment market regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The proceedings included inspection of the client&#8217;s internal documents, providing explanations to written questions from representatives of the inspection team and participating in meetings with representatives of the commission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We participated in the audit proceedings at all stages of the proceedings &#8211; from the notification of the audit, through the submission of oral and written explanations, as well as when receiving the audit protocol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This experience allows us to understand the specifics of the operation of the FSC as a&nbsp;collegiate administrative body, as well as the legal conditions concerning the decisions made and the modes of the proceedings conducted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Financial Supervision Authority exercises direct supervision over the payment market.
