{"id":1124,"date":"2024-01-26T23:15:29","date_gmt":"2024-01-26T22:15:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.kancelariamacura.pl\/?post_type=experience&#038;p=1124"},"modified":"2024-03-13T08:24:04","modified_gmt":"2024-03-13T07:24:04","slug":"comprehensive-training-on-data-protection-and-rodo","status":"publish","type":"experience","link":"https:\/\/www.kancelariamacura.pl\/en\/experience\/comprehensive-training-on-data-protection-and-rodo\/","title":{"rendered":"Comprehensive training on data protection and RODO"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>For one of the leading companies in the LendTech sector, we organised and conducted a&nbsp;comprehensive training course on data protection and GDPR.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This time we placed particular emphasis on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>definitions and legal basis for data protection;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>basic principles and procedures regarding data protection and compliance with GDPR requirements in the company;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sanctions and penalties related to violations of GDPR and personal data privacy;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>adverse actions and employees&#8217; obligations regarding the processing of personal data;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>procedures and obligations relating to breach notification.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We tailor the training we provide to the specifics of the sector and client, analysing in detail the concerns and problematic issues occurring in the sector.
